MRR (Master Resale Rights) Products: If you acquire a digital product with Master Resale Rights (MRR), you are granted the right to resell the product as is, without modification, and pass on the resale rights to your customers. You may not claim ownership of the original product or distribute it as MRR to others.
4. Intellectual Property
a. All digital products provided by The CEO Notebook, whether free or for purchase, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our digital products without prior written consent from The CEO Notebook.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. The CEO Notebook shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital products.
